The journey of discovery was not easy and certainly not immediate. Over the years, I have experienced how valuable it is to have a good coach to fall back on who helps in finding answers.

For me, that journey began with 'Move a Mountain awareness training,' although I did not realize it at the time.

Over the years, I have seen in various companies that many more people are searching and sometimes get stuck in their work or private lives.

By asking these people sincere questions, which were often not asked by managers, many of these people also found space for change.

The step to then follow a training took some time. The training I was able to follow at 'De Omslag Maken' helped me to put a number of puzzle pieces back in place.

And so, from a personal need, a company was born with its own vision on how to help others achieve change. Simply by trusting their inner compass.
